I bought a voucher for a VIP package at Revolve studios from a representative of Zodiac Marketing, but upon redeeming the offer, was very disappointed. The voucher claimed that my friend and I would receive a hand massage, a hair cut, a facial and a moroccan oil hair treatment, none of which was offered. The voucher also offered a make-over by a top make-up artist using high-end products, but I found the make up minimal and poor, with little choice and unimpressive low-end products. Furthermore, the reason we travelled to Cheltenham rather than utilising the studio in Cardiff, which would have been much more convenient as we live in Wales, was because we were told that haircuts were not available in the Cardiff branch. When we reached the Cheltenham studio, we were then told that there was no hair dresser on hand and that we would have to make a separate appointment! This was incredibly frustrating as we had travelled so far under false instructions and at high expense. On a second note, looking online at the available packages, the package we bought is sold for £249 rather than the £600 it was advertised as, and so we did not receive a deal at 90% discount, as we were told by the Zodiac representative. I was also told by the representative that my £50 deposit would be returned in full on the day of the appointment, but it was not. I would appreciate any insight into this issue, as I am sure you can appreciate that I am incredibly disappointed and do not feel that the experience we had was worth the amount paid. Ideally, I would like a full refund and an apology.
