Complaint against Comfy Living
We ordered a futon on the 4th of Sept due to difficulties processing our payment. It was cancelled on the same day and we tried a couple of more times updating our card payment which had the correct details. Comfy Living sent out a futon today the 14th but we had already cancelled again this morning which was verified by Amazon cancelled order # 202-4889540-0057939 placed with comfy-living on 4 Sept. 2015. They now are taking a £30 charge for a cancellation which was already done more than once 10 days ago, I am being charged a fee for something that wasn't my fault and I am now forced to speak to my solicitor about this, any help you can provide would be grateful, I have used Amazon in the past with no problems and I am having to take this action. Which I am very disappointed about.
