Complaint against RokFri

I received a call from this company and the man convincingly interested me in signing up for their programme. He advised the call was recorded and on 3 separate occasions I asked him to confirm that the price was £9.99 per month ONLY. He confirmed this 3 times. For this I was to receive 2 electronic cigarettes with enough liquid each month. I gave my credit card details (foolishly). Within an hour I received an email from them confirming my order at £19.99 pm. I tried to phone them but the line went dead after 1 ring. I replied to their email within 6 mins and they replied to say they would check the phone records and refer to the sales dept. They never replied. The next day I received a parcel from them, which I kept unopened ready to return once I had confirmation of my cancellation. I continued on a daily basis to try to phone them but always the phone went dead after 1 ring. I emailed them on a daily basis for the following week with no replies. I saw they had taken the £19.99 from my bank account the following day. I contacted my bank HSBC and explained the story to them. They advised they could stop the debit order but I had to speak to another dept to ask for my initial payment to be referred. This is unsuccessful to date. Today in desperation I decided to at least use the items seeing as I have spent £19.99 on them only to find in the beautiful box was only 2 small liquids. No electronic cigarettes. Nothing else. This company phoned me and talked me into placing the order but are totally unreachable and offer me no customer service.
