taking money from my account AFTER I had cancelled subscription.
Complaint against RokFri
On 3rd Nov money was taken out if my account after I had cancelled my subscription, I called Rokfri on the13th, 20th,and 23rd to be told that the money will be back in my account,within 7 days, this has not happened . What do I do ? I am not working at the moment as I was diagnosed with cancer in April, which is why I started with rokfri. I have not smoked since 2nd october nor used the device therefore cancelling subscription., this was money towards a wig as i lost my hair ...... thank you rokfri, I've had to borrow the money to pay for that wig!
