CHARGED ME 3TIMES TOO MUCH BY MISTAKE AND CAN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!

Complaint against Shurgard Self-Storage

I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I NEED HELP!! Instead of charging me £65 Shurgard Chingford charged me £185 by MISTAKE!! I spent hours patiently trying to get the matter solved and all they've been saying to me on the phone is: "we're very sorry but there's nothing we can do. You will be refunded next month"!!! Also, when I signed the contract it said that I could access the storage from 6am to 11pm but because of an unresolved issue with their automated keypad, every access was denied after 10pm while I still had boxes to store and the door of my box was still open. Not to mention that I had to extend the time of the van I hired. There was no helpline to call and I had to beg the technician for the lift to do something. He finally came to the site 1.30 hour later and we had access again. They don't have a head office to contact. I'm extremely upset and dissatisfied. The problem is still not resolved. Someone is supposed to contact me at 2pm today. If I don't get my money back and a compensation I'll have to take legal actions. It's a shame as the lady who welcomed me the first day was very nice, even Sam but they seem to not being able to SOLVE ISSUES CREATED BY THEM.
