i have spoken to shurguard staff at forest hill and putney last week and forest hill and kensington this week all of whom assured me payment would be in my account yesterday from a locker vacated on the 23rd october I am now being told that it wasnt put on the refund list for this week so it has to be next week . i was also told this last week , the staff don't seem to know the company policy for how long it takes to be refunded , forest hill says only one refund run a week for the whole of shurguard (really ? ) kensington thinks that it will be the next couple of days ,I have been told that it has been forced through but will still take a week , this will put me into an unarranged overdraft and incur charges on my account. I feel that 3 weeks is unacceptable time to take to refund this money and i will be reviewing your company on the internet via my daughters 100k followers
