I have not received the service I have paid for

I contacted one week driving back in July 2015, I paid £217.50 this should cover theory test,driving instructor with an additional £80 to be paid to driving instructor, practical test. I took my theory but after this I was not given a driving instructor and my practical test date came through I went to the test centre but there was no car available from one week driving so I lost out. I had already complained to the company regarding the service and not having a driving instructor nor a car being available even though they booked the practical. To date I have not received a reply. After the practical test error I called and was given an area manager name and number to call, he advices me complained again which I did and still no reply and it is now October I am now sorting my driving test out myself but I require a full refund from one week driving of which I have told them. As they are advertising on their website "pass your test in 5 days not three months why wait three months"
