Complaint against EOS Claims

In August 2015 I registered to compete in a ToughMudder event the following September but was unable to do this due to a back injury sustained after booking. I bought a ticket with extra cover for just these kinds of situations, and I submitted my claim to EOS Claims LLP on 28 September and it was approved on 30 September for the amount of £138.18. I was sent a link on a separate email on 30 September to input my bank details which I completed on the same day. The money would take up to 10 working days to be paid to me which should have been 14 October 2015. I have received nothing, and worse yet is I have attempted to contact EOS Claims LLP via email and their online contact form six times (finding a phone number is impossible). I have also attempted to contact ToughMudder via their online contact form to appeal for their help, with no response received. I understand that ToughMudder now use Booking Protect for bookings made after 1 September 2015 and I can understand why if this is the level of service that is being provided to their client base. In addition to not receiving payment yet, I am also concerned that I have heard nothing from the exact point at which I gave this company my bank details.
