Complaint against Nimax Theatres
While trying to get tickets for the sought after play the cursed child, I was happy to see there was a special number for people to use who had access needs ( I have reduced mobility and my partner is severely visually impaired) during the priority booking. That is until I called the premium number (its free to book normal tickets). I have been hung up on after spending half an hour on the phone- 6 times! I also sent an email when they announced we could book that way, which has so far been ignored. Eventually I thought I would book via the online system only to be either offered seats that were not accessible or tickets at a very high premium. It has made me feel like a second class citizen just for wanting to see a play.
