Dear A Spokesman said, I am aware that Erin was unable to book disabled tickets for the theatre and I have read her story. I can share with you that I have gone trough the exact same issue with this round of bookings too. I have paid for 32 minutes of phone calls only to be hung up on. I am seriously depressed about being unable to access normal areas of the theatre and could not book the only captioned performance as it was fully booked and open to all. Being disabled is literally the worst as it is, but having small things I love like theatre and Harry Potter make big differences to my life. yours faithfully, Elle Harris
