"Free" boiler service

Complaint against A Shade Greener

So my annual boiler service was due, my son in law took the day off work to wait in. Said engineer arrived to service the boiler and refused to do it as there was a few mouse droppings on the work top below my boiler, boiler is situated in the garage and the droppings have Cleary been overlooked. Anyway it's apparently a health and safety risk (why he didn't just ask my son in law to clean it is beyond me) so now they are claiming it's 75 pound to re-book ??? I have asked for a copy of the agreement that states this as my signed agreement does NOT mention this and they are saying all customers were emailed in April 2017 to inform of this. I have NOT had this email.
