Complaint against A Shade Greener

Last night at 20 00hrs 04/04/16 i rang a shade greener after nearly half an hour i got through to complain that the boiler had stopped and we had no hot water or central heating i had managed to get the boiler working we had hot water but no heating The guy on the other end of the phone said he would book an engineer to come the next day. Waited all day NO Engineer, rang shade greener again and after explaining again the problem i was informed there was no engineer booked or any information regarding last nights phone call this is a disgrace i am paying £40 a month for cover and getting sod all for it I was then informed that the next available engineer is Thursday 07/04/16 It is just as well i have no young children in the house during these cold nights Will definitely be looking for a new gas boiler supplier someone who knows how to run a business properly and does care about its customers
