Complaint against A Shade Greener

Had a new central heating system fitted March 2017. Re-mortgaged the house May 2017 and found a charge put on the property by them of which I had no knowledge or permission to do so. Never had a CCA or copy contract from them. Service carried out March 2017 now found a leak seeping water on Boiler Mag June 2017 soaked my floorboards in airing cupboard and landing carpet. They refused to come out to sort the problem saying the contract was terminated due to full payment! Had to get engineer out to fix the fault who said that they had over tightened the Boiler Mag and the thread was misaligned causing a hairline crack. Now cost me £100. ASG also sent me a text saying I was in breach of contract as the boiler had not been serviced for over 365 days and were going to send me an invoice. Is that why they left a service sheet with me dated 7/3/17? I have written to them and currently waiting a reply.

Got a reply and a copy of the contract. Out of warranty. No comments made on defective service
