Complaint against A Shade Greener

I've never had very good impressions when dealing with A Shade Greener boiler services, but what happened today just has blown me over completely. I had an appointment for an annual obligatory boiler service, and I was waiting for the serviceman at home from early morning on. He apparently came at 8 am, tapped lightly on the door (I was upstairs and could not hear him), DID NOT USE THE DOORBELL (which I could have heard), stood there for 10 minutes, did not make an effort whatsoever to contact me - and LEFT. When I called the office few hours later, the only thing I heard was that "I missed my appointment and must pay the 75 GBP penalty, otherwise I will lose the warranty on my boiler." This is a terrible behaviour and the reason why I decided to complain.
