Boiler going into fault mode

Complaint against A Shade Greener

Boiler has been showing fault code 240 since November, the fault can be re-set but goes back into fault mode either within 10 mins or a day, so consequently having to check whether boiler is working, the company have sent out numerous engineers who just re-set fault and say "there you go it's working" and leave, three months on still not resolved and excessive amount of pellets used getting the water back up to temp once it has gone into fault mode and re-set. When the office is contacted to complain of fault we have to go through the tedious process of explaining each time and providing all the details. Completely sick of it and wish they would take it out and replace with original oil burner. Customer service is appalling !!!!!
