I was left with no heating for 6days after a engineer serviced the boiler,in what was probably the coldest week for 20 years,no apology,I have now cancelled the direct debit and they are taking me to court,3 days unpaid leave from work,I had to buy heaters,temperature in my flat was -9 in my bedroom,absolute disgrace of a company
