Complaint against A Shade Greener
Boiler incorrectly fitted, flood occurred, engineer out and recommended pipes needed refitting. Appointment booked for today on 05/03/18. Just received a call cancelling our appointment as engineer has decided it was too bigger job for time allocated. They've had month to check this and review engineer report from the flood!! No apology until I called back and no acknowledgement that I have taken time off work for this. They assumed I could just drop everything and be available on Monday.
