Complaint against A Shade Greener

Had a boiler fitted in 2013 had 2 replacement boilers in those years went 2 months without hot water or heat and we informed them we had children as we where foster carer's rang on 25th of march boiler making a loud noise was told couldn't come out until Monday so my husband told them I am a pensioner and they where not interested came out at 12.05pm Monday replaced the tap going to the boiler as was leaking when he had gone the heating still not working so rang again he came back went upstairs and said sorry I didn't switch the vaulve over then left heating still not working rang again told it was nothing to do with them next I got a bill for 90 pound for call out fee which is covered under our contract
