I wish I had never heard of this company their customer service is a non- existence.

Complaint against A Shade Greener

We bought a boiler from them in Jun 2014- they fitted it, and we have been struggling to have enough hot water since. We have been telling the engineer on an annual basis, when they came to service it. This week we were told that there is a design fault with the boiler. We asked for it to be rectified and we're told that we would have to have the system flushed at the cost if approx £500 as the fault is not covered by the guarantee. Customer Service told me that either we pay to get the system flushed or not have hot water. We contacted Veissman who informed us that the boiler should have been pressured flushed before the boiler was fitted - as this was never done it has compromised the boiler and the boiler should be replaced. We contacted A Shade Greener service department and told them what Veissman said, to date we have not had a response.
