Complaint against A Shade Greener

I was not informed by email of this charge. They failed to arrive during the time specified. They ignored a message from my window cleaner that i would be back in 5 minutes. I passed him leaving my house get he would not return. The have refused to fix a leaking boiler or service the boiler until the £75 is paid. The are now threatening to cancel the agreement and charge me in full for the boiler. The customer service staff are rude and unhelpful. I am wanting advice on making a complaint to the ombudsman do not use tis company - they are terrible to deal with
