Pigeon nightmare

Complaint against A Shade Greener

When the ASG reprentative visited with the lease I asked him about a potential pigeon problem . He told me not to worry about it. If there was an issue they(ASG) would come back and fix the problem at no cost to me. Rang the ASG office apparently the only staff they have now are a few office staff to answer phones and presumably collect cheques from the national grid. When I asked the lady about fitting side rails to the panels she said they don't have the staff to visit houses and I would have to pay(quoting about £1000} Is there anything in the lease that legally binds them to repairs?
