[LAPSED] Totally inefficient installation from day 1.

Complaint against A Shade Greener

The design engineer planned the boiler/buffer for the kitchen with the hopper on the roadside. The installation team arrived with the kit. Boiler too big for it's designed space so it was installed in a shed 15M away from the house. The hopper was too big for the designed space so had to be placed in the garden.65+ boiler faults in 2.5 years. Hopper blockages on a regular basis. On average we have had an engineer visit us every fortnight. Furthermore the system will only prove background heat if we have all the rooms heated, consequently 7 radiators are turned off. We have written to th M.D. -Stewart Davies 3 times now saying the system is unfit for purpose and we ant it removing. No response. We are not prepared to go through another Winter with this system. A.S.G as a company should not be trading.
