Complaint against A Shade Greener

My boiler annual service was booked for weekdays since they told they don’t work weekends which means most of the time I will have to get out of work to come and meet the engineers. I will ask them to wait for me at the property if I’m not there first and every time I missed them. After driving all the way home to meet them, to find out they have left. After 3 bookings they didn’t want to come back even though I’ve explained my situations beforehand. They decided to cancel my contract there and then. How is this right, How can this company drop a customer for a stupid reason as this? UNBELIEVABLE The pressure on the boiler keeps dropping and we’ve tried contacting them but they don’t want to know, completely refused. What’s more upsetting to us is that we still need to continue paying for this boiler which is gradually breaking down if we end up not finding someone who knows about this sort of boiler. I’ve called a few plumbers in the area but nobody is familiar with it Now we are stuck and still paying for this expensive useless boiler. I feel I’ve been ripped off. All the promises they made to maintain it were not fulfilled I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to take legal actions against this company

If you are have paid half the value of the finance agreement you are legally entitled to terminate the agreement and give them the boiler back.
