[RESOLVED] - billed twice over four months for same calls

Complaint against Timetalk

my new internet & phone line provider took over from timetalk on the 26 May 2015 but timetalk carried on billing me for a further four months a total of £149 i wrote to timetalk they carried on billing me because i had not cancelled in writing myself.i have spoked to my new provider they say they took over on the 26 may and cannot help but timetalk will not pay back the £149 can you help thank you
