Sent wrong jacket. can't get refund or correct jacket sent
Complaint against BurtonFamilyJewels
I ordered a Barbour jacket. The wrong jacket was sent. I contacted them and returned the jacket at a cost of £14 to myself. I cannot get an answer from them to refund my money or send me the correct jacket. All I get is the same message which is .....Soon few more days. This has been going on since 14th September. I have the receipt for returning the wrong jacket to them.
