[LAPSED] very slow broadband

Complaint against TalkTalk

ever since i took out broadband 5 months ago it has run very slow. i have called talk talk several times to fix the issue. the last enginer said he would report to talk talk that the broadband speed would not get any talk in our last conversation said that if it could not be resolved then i could get out of the contract without incuring fees. now they are saying i have to pay a fee.the latest problem has now been going on 28 days.i was told by talk talk that after 28 days i would be let out of the contract with no fees.
