Dear Mrs Walker Thank you for taking the time to register your complaint. I’m sorry to hear the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction. We treat complaints very seriously, especially if there is an opportunity to improve on our standards of customer service and care. Our Credit Control department have provided an update on your account and can confirm that the charges relate to an instruction to carry out a meter removal under warrant.

This was due to continual non-payment of electricity bills, despite efforts to contact and arrange a more favourable outcome. Furthermore our records indicate your acceptance of liability as landlord of the property from April 2015, along with any charges for electricity usage, and consequential debt. Removal of the meter under warrant is the final stage of further debt prevention, granted within our legal rights as a licensed supplier.

We do not wish to inconvenience the running of any business but under the circumstances were left with no other choice. Please therefore contact us at your earliest convenience to organise payment on the outstanding amount.
