Complaint against VGMedispa
I have purchased a Glycol peel treatment - £22.00 please see email below as confirmation - and one of your advisors by phone booked myself for 3rd December at 5.15pm. When I arrived at the centre the receptionist told me that I could not have my treatment due to a delayed delivery of products which needed for the treatment. Despite the centre has my contact details they did not contact me to give me notice about this issue. The receptionist rescheduled my appointment for Friday 9th December at 5.30pm and she gave me the appointment card as reminder. It was annoying travelling to the centre but then not having the expected treatment I was supposed to have. Anyway I went back to your centre Friday 9th December as agreed, there was a different receptionist plus the manager this time. They both told me that my appointment was not on the system so I could not have the treatment either this time (!!!) . They told me that my appointment was booked for another day, by mistake, and that would have been my third time to go back again. I have found your team very unprofessional and disorganised. It has been an awful experience! Please do not try vg medi spa.
