[RESOLVED] - £77.06 taken out of my account after I had emailed a cancellation within minutes

Complaint against Luxquiz.com

After having made the mistake of allowing myself to be duped into signing into the Luxquiz.com site. I immediately emailed a cancellation. Yet £77.06 has been taken from my account. I consider this to be unauthorised and therefore, theft.

It took several emails and they kept repeating the same script over and over. I was telling them I had cancelled the order within an hour of placing it. They kept repeating their 3 day cancellation policy. I eventually sent them a email, telling to read what I was writing and threatened them with 'trading standards'. Then they took notice and I have been given a full refund.
