Complaint against eHost

It started on 09/28/15 when I bought a Domain Name and Hosting service.On 09/30/15 when I realized I had no access to cpanel I called Customer Service. At that time the CSR informed me I had purchased the wrong service. CSR said they would be happy to help me if I purchased the cpanel service for $49.00. Although the services were the same price they still wanted $49.00 for the canel service instead of just switching service packages.I immediately requested a refund, at which time they issued me a ticket by email. I replied to this email - and after numerous phone calls and emails - 58 days later I received a refund, minus the price of the Domain Name. After 60 days when Domain Name eligible to be moved I called and requested it be unlocked.They unlocked Domain Name and sent me a key. Went to transfer Domain and New Provider informs me there is a Whois Privacy lock. Emailed E-Host on Friday, 11/27/15, requesting the whois privacy be unlocked. 11/28/15, whois Privacy still locked. I called today and spoke with CSR who informed me he could not unlock whois. I Requested to speak with a supervisor and was informed there was not one available. Problem remains!
