Complaint against Bajaj Finserv

I had purchased a Air cooler from Croma in July 2015 and this is my 2nd purchase on the Bajaj EMI card. When I initially got the card on my 1st purchase I was informed that I'll not be paying any processing fee henceforth on any purchases. On the 2nd purchase I was charged a 2% processing fee and the person working for Bajaj Finserv in Croma told me that he'll be charging a 2& processing fee but I'll get the refund of the same automatically credited to my bank account after 3 months of my EMI being paid and he also confirmed to me that he put in a promo code for the same so I get a refund. I may have asked him several times if he has definitely entered the code and I'll get the refund and I won't have to chase them for the refund and he said yes I wouldn't have to worry about it. I have paid the 4th EMI this month and my last EMI is due in December but I haven't received the processing fee back. I did call the Bajaj helpline almost 1 and half week back and the person I spoke to said he will escalate it to the back end team and they'll revert to me within 48 hours by call or email. I didn't receive anything from them for almost 1 and half week. So, finally I called them again today and the person I spoke to tells that every dealer has different policies and they got a revert from the back end team stating they can't refund my money back. This is not at all acceptable. After being promised a refund they are not keeping their words and just tell me you can complain to whomever you want but we can't refund the money. I need my money (processing fee) that was promised to me back.
