Janet Margaret: 1/5 Stars 20/09/2019 Painting of fences No upkeep of fences they put up outside my house they are rotting and look unsitely Places for People has not yet responded. Ann Jones: 1/5 Stars 01/10/2017 Accident Hi last wednesday evening ,went for a shower i slipped hurt my back.i have to report this to my doctor. . showers are not safe.Dont understand why you dont give people options of a bath over head shower. Im in agony i thought over weekend it will calm down but it hasnt.Because quite a few people has said Ann you must report this to you doctor .I hate ringing you as staff there are not good with tenants.They speak to you with the wrong manner .Only person that has spoke to me with a good manner ,is a guy i spoke to on the phone very nice he was.Mostly its the Females no manners whats so ever. Sam Aldridge: 1/5 Stars 08/01/2018 £40 PHONE CHARGE Charged £40 for being told to phone customers services not happy single mum in benefits as it is I have told to sort my garden and house out and am panicicing about it as i don't have the money at the moment as just after Christmas 😢 Places for People has not yet responded. Rob Browning: 1/5 Stars 21/07/2016 Service charges Where we live we pay service charges. these monies are not being spent to maintain this site, the place is rundown and filthy. In three years we have gone from four cleaners and two caretakers down to one cleaner and one caretaker. No amount of complaining ( we have complained now for over three years) makes the slightest bit of differance. we have a comunal garden which we pay places for people to maintain, we are lucky if we see a gardener once a year. comunal laundery ( which we pay for) machines always breaking down there is always at least one machine out of order at any one time. Gail Drury: 1/5 Stars 27/04/2016 No support I was with places for people for 3 years 2 years of that they moved 2 people Nxt door to me who threatened to beat me up made my life hell in disabled I use a wheelchair at the time Vicki Edward was supposed to be there to help people who are having trouble with other neighbors but she turn the other way I ended up getting police involved and it took over a month for her to get back to them it got that bad for me in the summer when it was hot out side I couldn't even sit on front or have my windows open I tried taking my own life and then got told by Loren that it don't matter how her tenants are feeling they don't come and visit to see if they are ok they only visit to see if the property is ok I went to court to get them people who made my life hell and to the point were I tried to end my life they finally got evicted from their home but it never ended there cause their friends still lived Nxt door carried on we're they left and they started coming out late at night stood sticking fingers up at my window and bending over and showing thier back sides to my camera they knew my partner who is also my career put up they chucked stones at my window and if I walked past them pushing my wheelchair they would walk behind me taking the piss out of the way I walk my partner caught one of them in the morning stood looking up at my flat when he went for mail he asked his to stop looking at my flat n the reply was I'm not looking at your flat I'm looking to see who's coming out a row broke out n my partner got a warning for looking after me he kept quiet for nearly 3 years till that day my life while I was living down Edward Collin square in hill was hell n I never once got any support from anyone from places for people my health has gotten a lot worse with all I had to live with and the final straw to leave my home with places for people was having a mini stroke if I had stayed I would be dead with in a few more months I had a angina atack while they were making my life hell and the ambulance men had to force me to go to hospital because they were on front laughing when I was being put in ambulance one of them shouted that they would finish me of so now I have. Left places for people because I never got the support they said they give and because my health is so bad from all the stress I'm now thinking of taking places for people to to court at the moment I'm seeing my solicitor who looking into my complaint and thinks I have a good solid reason to do so n that I can claim compassion from them for failing to give me the support they should have given me but failed and now thanks to places for people my health is so bad I can't talk with out sluring my words I can't walk so unable to go out on my own I also have to see a councilor I refuse to just walk away from thIs with out any form of compensation for my health dew to lack of support so if this can't be settled out of court then I'm happy to take it to court and the papers if I have to Places for People has not yet responded.
