Complaint against RIGHTIO
We operate a national maintenance service and required an urgent fix to a customer problem of which we could not reach. On the outset, they lacked communication and made promises they could not keep. Had to chase and chase them to finally respond. Once there I got told that the engineer that visited had fixed the problem, only to be completely embarrassed the next morning that the problem had in fact not been fixed and more toilet waste was pouring onto the shop floor. So we had to send another team out immediately to fix the problem which they of course did. Shortly after we get an invoice for £550.00 stating the works had been completed and dye tested, rodded etc... but the engineer was only onsite for 40 mins, no materials needed. When questioned it was me that had to go to my customer and ask for time logs, signing in registers and even CCTV footage to dispute it. An absolute disgrace and joke. Well RIGHTIO you have my £550.00 and I hope you eat well of it as I will make negative feedback everywhere I go to ensure you learn the correct way of dealing with customers and disputes.
