Complaint against RIGHTIO

Called this company after being let down by a local fitter. On calling them they told me their charges then asked for a credit card number, their guy turned up some hours later and confirmed what the previous local fitted had found to be the problem with my daughter's boiler. Said he would order the part and return on the following Monday, no one did but notice that they had taken out of my bank £130.30 without me being asked. Phoned on the Monday was given a time slot which n one turned up dispute numerous phone calls, I was told that their guys only work till 17.00pm but gave me a time slot for the next day, long and short as each time slot passed and no one attended as promised, I called yet again and told someone would be there at seven, this at least did happen, the guy was there twenty minutes fixed the fan and left. My bank was then hit the next morning for £247.16. Less that one hours work and supply a new fan rip off.
