Complaint against RIGHTIO
Tenant moved into property & found heating not working & water leak. I called to get an appointment & second time to get an annual gas safety certificate done - when I realized it expires the following day. Engineer came our promptly early afternoon same day. Tenant noticed hot water from taps not working. Engineer claimed it had been working & anyway he did not carry the part in the van so my tenant would need to phone the office. He did not leave a gas cert. Tenant claims engineer was abusive. Phoned Rightio. Engineer claims tenant was abusive to him so he left. Rightio will no send out an engineer. The bill is nearly £300, The hot water is not fixed & I have no gas safety certificate.
