Complaint against RIGHTIO
Field agents were polite and well spoken. Terribly rude customer service over phone - combative and unwilling to listen: There were a couple of tap replacement jobs that could not be finished: A bath tap could not be installed as the installers suggested it would break the bath side panels & a kitchen sink tap could not be repaired as the cartridges were not available. As the guys had only worked for 30 minutes & since we didn't have any work done I decided to "request" the rep to consider charges for 30 minutes instead of the full hour - However, even before hearing me out , the rep said "We are not a charity" and proceeded to berate me with the fine print of the contract. There is nothing wrong with following procedure but I was only making a reasonable request and if that's the attitude you have towards your customer then I don't want to have anything to do with RightIO. Pity really, cause your field guys were decent chaps.
