No work done but demanding money
Complaint against
RIGHTIO
I made a mistake booking The company as I realised I was covered on an insurance policy after booking with the insurance company, I texted Rightio to cancel the appointment, but the plumber turned up anyway. He looked at the leak scratching his head, this is going to cost a lot of money he said and i realised this was the wrong plumber and asked him to leave, as he did he shut of the water which was flooding the house. I have now been repeatedly texted asking for £130 for a completed job. I thankfully did not give them my account details. My job was finished by the right plumber who fitted a new internal stop tap and pipes
