Complaint against RIGHTIO
I was effectively charged £400 to replace a boiler valve that you could buy for £35 online. When I complained by phone the person on the other end of the line couldn’t have cared less. I emailed the complaint and was told I would get a reply within 14 days but 2 months later I’ve heard nothing, Avoid using Rightio, whilst the engineer was pleasant enough the customer service was truly awful and I feel like I have been robbed blind.
