Complaint against RIGHTIO
I explained during my initial telephone call that my toilet pan was broken and needed replacing. I said that I was happy to pay for the new pan. I was told that I was covered. The engineer turned up with a new toilet seat! Even though I received a phone call saying the engineer was on his way with the new pan! Then I had a phone call saying it would be over 200 pounds for the new pan and 108 per hour to fit because it was the "whole toilet". I tried to explain that it was called a "toilet pan" but he didn't have a clue. Needless to say, I have cancelled the direct debit and will never contact you again.
