Complaint against St Andrews Home Improvements
During the bad weather in December I was getting draughts from my double glazing. I contacted St Andrews and was informed that due to the high waiting list, it would not be dealt with until the 18th March 2016.To add insult to injury I was told that I would have to pay £90 up front for the repair and if it was not my fault I would receive the money back into my account. I feel that having paid over £4000 for the windows that the company would have provided better customer service. It is now the 26th March and there has been no refund back into my account.I would expect any interest on the £90 be refunded also .The engineer came and was in my house for 10 .minutes.
