Poor service and quality of engineers

Complaint against Quality Heating Services

Repeated faliure to turn up with lies made up by callcenter and refusal to discuss when caught out. Repeated misdiagnosis of faults with simple combi boiler. Engineer turns up and phones other people to come out and help him. At one point there were 3 seperate 'engineers' looking at a simple fault. Attempts to add exrra parts to eall below boiler to avoid replacing part which would rrquire them to take boiler off the wall. Making up excuses such as rain as to why boiler faulty. Regular fault finding based on explanation of fault alone withiut removing cover or checking anything. Have spent 1 week without hot water again. Do not use this company if you have any choice.
