Without hot water for 5 weeks

Hello, I have not had hot water running from my boiler for the last 5 weeks. I have two small children in my property. In the last 5 weeks I have had to take a day of every off work one of your men have come claim it is fixed and same problem after they leave no hot water. I have informed you on many occasions that the boiler probably needs changing but falling on deaf ears. Not sure why 5 different men can come out and not know what the problem with the boiler is. Absolutely disgusting.
