Complaint against Keepmoat

If I could have given them a minus rating I would of and to give them 1 out of 5 stars is far to generous. I have been in my new property just over a month and to say I am dissatisfied is an understimation. I expected a few little teething issues but to have 2 leaks, poor plastering and numerous other issues just makes my blood boil. To do half a job and to fit items that are clearly broken is just ridiculous. The attention to detail and general quality of workmanship is poor. I have had to have handles replaced, a plasterer and painter back in (they still need to come back to finish the job) and now I'm having to have our boundary wall knocked down, as we have lost over a foot of land due to the footings being laid incorrectly. It is just a joke. I have put a complaint in already yet they seem very relaxed in their attitudes to responding to my issues. I regret purchasing from them and this is suppose to be a happy time for anyone who moves into a new home. For me it is just a headache I can do without now. Their offices have a range of opening times starting from 8am. I have spoken to 4 different customer services operatives and left 3 voicemails asking for an update. Unfortunately they are not very quick in responding to these and now this is just adding to my frustration. The only positives I can take from this is the salesperson was worth her weight in gold and you do get a lot of house for your money. Well if it's built correctly. All I can say is be wary
