I have waited all l day at home for my hot water to be fixed and when called to find out if the job has been allocated I have found out the only person could have fixed the hot water part is unavailable no called me I just called to find out this information. And I had wait over a month for this hot water to be fixed. This has affected me as I had to go friends and family house to have shower. I am extremely angry of the lack of communication of this company they don't call customer to let them know what is happening. This is the worst every company I had to deal with. Something needs be done about this unprofessional way dealing with customers.
