Complaint against T Brown Group
My boiler has broken down for the second time in 4 months with the same fault. I had to keep calling back and asking to speak with a manager before I could get a reasonable response for when my boiler could be repaired. I waited at home all day with my sick child, to finally give up and call to find out where the engineer was, to be informed he tried to gain access to my property but couldn't get a response!! I was home all day with my sick child. I had to wait another day to call back again as I was told nothing they could do as it was out of hours, and then to be told I have to wait another day for another engineer to come to fix my boiler. I'm now 6 days with out any heating or hot water, with a sick child who isn't getting any better.
