Complaint against T Brown Group

I reported my heating not working on 13th Oct 2017, gas engineer came said was electrical socket,an electrician came checked socket but it wasn’t that.gas engineer came again still couldn’t fix it.another electrical came a said it was the box in the airing cupboard and he needs to order a new box for the wiring.he came back on tithe 3rd nov turned off fuse box and went upstairs,a few minutes later he came down said he forgot to pick up part so went to get it.he arrived back about half an hour later saying he could get the part and went back up stairs to get his tools and left.because my house was so cold I went to my daughters.had a phone call from t brown to say he will becoming a week later with the part,so I returned home.as I walked in to my kitchen there was water and a smell my freezer had defrosted and all my food had to be thrown away I wasn’t happy cause I had my meat for Christmas in there I always buy my meat joints early cause joints to big nearer Christmas. So after 4 weeks my gas and heating was restored but had to wait another 2 weeks for job to be finished but the box he brought with him was only to encase the wires he had taped together,and no one has come to check the work.i have complained to t browns customer service but have had no reply.
