Complaint against T Brown Group
I called T-brown group on the 02/11/16 to arrange appointment to replace my boiler reset switch as I have been out of central heating and hot water for 7 days. They arranged appointment for me on the 07/11/16 so I had to wait additional 6 more days for them to visit my property. They day of appointment I called them in the morning to confirm the appointment details and the associate told me its an all day appointment and the engineer will attend. I waited all day with my family and two younger children who are suffering from high fever from this cold weather conditions. No one came and I didn't receive any calls from the engineer confirming he won't be able to make it. I spoke to t-brown the next day morning on 08/11/16 and the associate was now telling me the appointment was on the 08/11/16 as it shows on her system. I told her to investigate and she spoke to her team leader and realised she was wrong and the appointment was on the 07/11/16. I feel like I can't be trusted as the company don't keep up with their promises and most importantly keep up with their appointments. In result of t-brown not keeping up with their appointments my family had to suffer for 13 days without central heating and hot water.
