Complaint against T Brown Group

On the 3rd March 2018, we had a a storm formally known as the "beast from the east" Any who my gas was due for a a safety check on the 7th March 2018 .. On the 3rd of March my heating stopped all of a sudden, the white box that controls the heating stopped responding and shut down the entire heating and hot water supply. I called T-Brown and reported the problem, the guy was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to send anyone to forward the gas safety check on the day or the next. Even though I have a child. The problem was that apparently 11 yr old child is not classed as vulnerable as that they can only respond to anyone under the age of 5 or the elderery for an emergency call out! So therefore I had no choice but to call out another gas company to deal with situation privately, Because I could not wait additional 5 days with no heating or hot water during a severe storm that lasted over a week! Anyhow I had to pay out £205.99 for a 10 minutes job. I am disgusted with T-Brown as they could not help in any form of way and the fact they would let us suffer though the week even though it was not our fault! I took the situation on my own hands and had to pay personally. I asked for a refund from the group and they had refused, I tried calling the council they also refused! This is totally unfair as i had to pay for T-Brown ignorance. I need help for a refund, and I have an invoice to show the work and charge.
