Complaint against T Brown Group
On Saturday 16th June 2018, our home had no hot water. We did not call straight away as thought some work may be being done at the boiler. However it become apparent, after talking to a couple of neighbours, that we were the only ones. We contacted your repairs team. after taking our details we were told that someone would be out on Monday! To say we were surprised is an understatement. This was Saturday afternoon. After discussing this as a hygiene issue, we were getting nowhere. My partner then mentioned that we had children in the house(grandchildren) and was asked how old they were, 3 & 7, we were then told that someone would be out. Someone arrived and solved the problem 2 hours later. My complaint is, if we were not minding our grandchildren, this company would of left us for 2 days with no hot water. Is this what we pay nearly £100 a month for. I don't think this is a SERVICE.
