Complaint against T Brown Group
Yearly gas check due first date I cant make so rang them and they gave me another date get phone call from man who then puts phone down on me, 3 appointments later man turns up condemns boiler rings his boss to request survey for new boiler, many phone calls 20 plus emails 4 days later surveyor turns up yes do need new boiler. Meanwhile, cant have a proper wash so hands and face job at kitchen sink with half kettle of water and sleeping in chair in front of electric fire. I keep being told there are practises and procedures my question is why were they not put into practise monday morning when the engineer informed his boss of the situation. This is deemed as a priority call for a disabled vulnerable pensioner. My calls to this mob have now been terminated as I raise my voice and are rude to them.
